1. PURCHASES AND PRICING

3.1 Product Listings

We strive to ensure that product descriptions and pricing are
accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right
to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will
notify you promptly.

3.2 Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment
method provided for the full order total, including applicable
taxes and shipping fees. All transactions are processed in
U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance
of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior
to shipment, in which case you will receive a full refund.

1. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

4.1 Shipping

We ship to the addresses provided at checkout. We are not
responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events
outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes
to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4.2 Returns — 14-Day Return Window

We accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise in its
original packaging within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of the delivery
date. To initiate a return, contact us at info@monadshop.com
within the 14-day window to receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). Returns requested after 14 days will not
be accepted. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for
return under any circumstances.

4.3 Restocking Fee

ALL approved returns are subject to a NON-NEGOTIABLE 25%
RESTOCKING FEE applied to the original purchase price of the
returned item(s). This fee covers the cost of inspection,
repackaging, and inventory processing.

Example: If you purchased an item for $200.00, a restocking
fee of $50.00 (25%) will be deducted from your refund,
resulting in a refund of $150.00, minus any applicable
shipping charges.

The restocking fee is waived only in cases where the return
is the direct result of a verified error on the part of
JDMotionventures LLC DBA Monad (e.g., wrong item shipped,
item arrived damaged due to our packaging).

4.4 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, approved
refunds — less the 25% restocking fee — will be issued to the
original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original
shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due
to our verified error.

LEGAL AGREEMENT

This Legal Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between
JDMotionventures LLC DBA Monad, a Florida limited liability
company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you (“Customer”
or “you”) upon your use of the Monad retail platform or
execution of a purchase. This Agreement governs the legal
relationship between the parties and supplements the Terms of
Use and Privacy Policy above.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION
CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 4. PLEASE READ
SECTION 4 CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Monad retail platform, placing an
order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this
Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of
the site immediately.

1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy
Policy (incorporated herein by reference), constitutes the
entire agreement between you and JDMotionventures LLC DBA Monad
with respect to your use of the site and purchase of products,
superseding any prior agreements, representations, or
understandings, whether written or oral.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

3.1 Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
JDMotionventures LLC DBA Monad and its affiliates, officers,
employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or
any products purchased, including but not limited to lost
profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

3.2 Cap on Liability

In no event shall JDMotionventures LLC DBA Monad’s total
liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to
this Agreement exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount
paid by you to Monad in the twelve (12) months preceding the
claim; or (b) One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100.00).

3.3 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of certain warranties or damages. In such jurisdictions, the
above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

3.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
JDMotionventures LLC DBA Monad and its affiliates from and
against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses
(including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any
way connected with: (a) your use of the site; (b) your
violation of this Agreement; or (c) your violation of any
applicable law or third-party rights.

1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

4.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact
JDMotionventures LLC DBA Monad at info@monadshop.com and provide
a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to
resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

4.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or
controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or
your use of the site shall be resolved by binding individual
arbitration administered by the American Arbitration
Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may
be entered as a judgment in any court of competent
jurisdiction.

4.3 Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising hereunder shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law
provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be
brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in
Florida, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction
in those courts.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be
unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction,
that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum
extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain
in full force and effect.

5.2 Waiver

JDMotionventures LLC DBA Monad’s failure to enforce any right
or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver
of that right or provision in the future.

5.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under this
Agreement without our prior written consent. JDMotionventures
LLC DBA Monad may assign this Agreement freely, including in
connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or
substantially all of its assets.

5.4 Force Majeure

JDMotionventures LLC DBA Monad shall not be liable for any
failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond
our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of
God, natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions,
or government actions.
